On 15 October, the Group was announced as the winner of the “Internationalization” category at the sixth annual Eccellenze d’Impresa awards at the Palazzo Mezzanotte, the home of the Italian Stock Exchange.
The ceremony aims to recognise the achievements of small and medium-sized companies operating in Italy that have distinguished themselves and delivered excellent performance in areas such as innovation, international trade, growth, sustainability, and people management.
Now in its sixth year, the Eccellenze d’Impresa is organised by the Excellence in Business partnership made up of management consultants GEA, asset management company ARCA FONDI SGR, and respected publication Harvard Business Review Italia.
Accepting the award, Riello Elettronica Group CEO Fabio Passuello commented: “We have implemented the internationalization strategy of the Riello Elettronica Group by adopting a policy of direct presence in the individual markets through the acquisition of commercial companies in Europe, Asia, India, Australia and the United States.

Other companies recognised at this year’s awards include Bonfiglioli Spa and Exom Group. The judging panel was made up of Gabriele Galateri, President of Assicurazioni Generali, Patrizia Grieco, President of Enel, Marco Fortis, Vice President of the Edison Foundation, Raffaele Jerusalmi, CEO of Borsa Italiana, and Luisa Todini, President of Todini Finanziaria Spa.
